Our focus on Spanish and English translations dictates our high standards for selecting translators, all of which must have at least 10 years of experience. Our experience in translator selection and training has also allowed us to build our teams with the best possible people, matching project requirements with individual team experience. Building teams with right people for each job, when clients require, is a complex process, which involves knowing translators and how they work, training them when technology demands it, and carefully matching individual strengths with client and job requirements. We have been building teams in Latin America for over 15 years, and we have been working with most of our freelance translators through the years as well.

Our experience with international companies has also allowed us to fully understand work scopes and quality standards. Our translators are also knowledgeable in international standards, not only in terms of quality, but also in terms of software requirements, pro-activeness, and project lifecycles, and processes.

Our Project Management experience also allows us to understand our client's needs in terms of responsiveness, quick turnaround times, asking the right questions at the right time, timeliness, and of course, the importance of competitive rates.
